Prenatal Care

Aspire Chiropractic is passionate about treating prenatal/postnatal populations while still providing care for the entire family. During pregnancy, women experience many changes in their body. Chiropractic care may benefit women by relieving symptoms caused by stretching ligaments or joint changes such as lower back and sciatic pain.

Acupuncture may be performed for morning sickness, better sleep or to induce labor contractions.

Pediatric Chiropractic

Infants may benefit from chiropractic care at a very young age. Symptoms that your newborn may experience are a tilted head position, difficulty breastfeeding, sleep disturbances, not wanting to lay on their back or arching their back.

Toddlers and Children

As a child grows, their spine changes as they learn to crawl, walk, play or become involved in sports. Any bumps or falls can create joint dysfunction and nerve irritation in toddlers and children. This may present as growing pains, headaches, difficulty sleeping, bed wetting, poor posture or an injury from sports. Chiropractic care may remove this nerve interference, decrease pain and may stimulate the immune system to enhance your child’s health.

Postnatal Wellness

After birth, the new mom may experience changes in the pelvis and the biomechanics of the spine. These changes may bring discomfort and imbalances with nursing, sleeping or walking. Restoring these imbalances in the pelvis along with core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, is vital to getting the mother’s body to heal and function better. Our goal is to create awareness for mothers and help them gain confidence postpartum.

Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

The pelvic floor focuses on the muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and fascia of the pelvic girdle. The muscles of the pelvic floor connect to the pelvis and sacrum acting like a sling to support your pelvic organs, providing stability for the lumbo-pelvic and hip joints.

  • Pelvic Pain (male and female)
  • Coccydynia (tailbone pain)
  • Diastasis Recti (split abdominal muscles)
  • Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction
  • Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (pubic bone pain)
