Ultrasound

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves above the range of human hearing to treat injuries and promote healing. It is used to minimize muscle pain and movement dysfunction. The treatments may help reduce stiffness, swelling, and pain, increase circulation, and promote pain-free movement.

EMS

Electric muscle stimulation is a physical therapy technique that can be used to stimulate muscle contraction in an effort to control pain, strengthen muscle and manage inflammation. It is typically applied patients who has a lot of pain or spasms in an area of injury or discomfort.  When electrical muscle stimulation is performed, mild electrical current is applied to cause fast contraction to the muscles.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Many patients seek myofascial treatment after losing flexibility or function following an injury or if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue.

Kinesiotaping

Kinesiotaping is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints.
